Each bottle provides 26g of protein, along with zero added sugar and high calcium, in a creamy and indulgent format that fits easily into a snack, busy workday or post-workout occasion.


Unlike protein powder that needs to be mixed, Protein Punch comes ready to drink, with no preparation or shaker required. It is made with ultrafiltered skimmed milk and contains milk protein. The range is lactose-free, while still containing milk, and includes 4–4.2g of inulin, a dietary fibre and 280mg of KSM-66 Ashwagandha per bottle. It is also low fat, Non-GMO and Gluten Free.

Protein Punch is available in Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Iced Coffee and new Banoffe. Every flavour provides 26g of protein, while the calcium content varies by flavour, providing 64–95% of the RDA. Since Protein Punch contains milk, it is not suitable for people with a milk allergy.
