Cancellation policy

Cancellation before shipment

1. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has/have not been shipped yet, you can reach out to our customer support team on or call us on +91 9664672249 (Monday To Saturday.10AM To 6PM)

a. If you have paid in advance for the order then the money will be refunded to you within 5 business days after the cancellation request is processed by us.
b. If you have selected the COD option then no further action will be required from your end and we will process the cancellation request.

2. Unfortuately we cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped from our end. Hence we cannot refund such orders. 

Returns & Replacement

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns.

We will replace the products if you either recieve wrong or damaged products. Please reach out to us on or Call us on +91 9664672249 within 7 days of recieving the product

*Eligibility Criteria For Product Replacement : Product is Spoiled Due to natural nature of the Product (Which can happen in rare instances) or if the product is damaged during delivery.

Step 1 : Provide us with your order ID details and the reason to return the order. Along with that, kindly Email an image of the product (Proof of Spoilage/Damage) and the invoice for our reference.

Step 2 : We will verify your details at our end and then ship new product to you right away if details are in order.Tracking details for the same will also be shared. In case we cannot replace the product/products, we will refund the amount back to you.

Replacement Exceptions

Replacement will not be accepted under the following condition :

Product is damaged due to misuse.
Serial Number is tampered with.
Replacement request is initiated after more than 7 days from the delivery date.
Product is not as per your liking.
